    I needed a new controller and this worked great Easy to hold. My only complaint is that it doesn’t fit the terminal all that tightly and can easily come loose.

    Great replacement for the OEM controller that shorted out on me. fits right into the Warn 9.6ti winch port and operates it just as the original did. No issues at all with this(and it hasn’t shorted out like the original). All this is what you would expect from Warn. I am just happy because I bought the winch in 2007.
