MADE IN CHINA. EASY TO INSTALL. THE CLIPS THAT GO UNDER WINDSHIELD,ONE SNAPED. BUT IT STILL LAYS FLAT ONCE HOOD IS CLOSED. THE SIDES THAT FOLLOW THE CURVE OF THE BODY WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE. IT DOES BEAT THE OLD ONE. FOR THAT MUCH MONEY (270.00) I EXPECTED A BETTER PRODUCT.
