Dry with a Clean Rag
It is important that the bumper remains free of any dirt and debris throughout installation.

Center BumperTopper
Center on bumper using character lines of your bumper aligning with Center Mark for proper placement

Hold in Place
Held in place on your bumper, outline the edges of it on your bumper with masking tape.

Once You Outline It
Use the included alcohol pads to deep clean the contact area, then let dry completely.

Grasp Adhesive Liner
Pull gently with one hand while applying light, even pressure with your opposite hand.
Installation Tips

How long must I wait after installing BumperTopper to drive my vehicle?
Waiting an hour or two will provide adequate adhesion for driving. Full adhesion takes up to 72 hours.

Can I install BumperTopper in winter?
Installation is recommended in temperatures 60 degrees or above, or inside a heated garage.

How thick is the BumperTopper?
The BumperTopper measures 3mm thick.

I purchased a used Pacifica and the bumper was already scratched. Basically the car showed the problem area. This bumper cover is not wide enough to protect the bumper where it’s going to get scratched. The Pacifica rear bumper has two areas where it turns down to shed water. The WeatherTech brand only accounts for one of the downward angles, the outer most edge, where the bumper is going to get scratched, is not covered by this product. I tossed my packaging thinking I could find a supplemental rubber piece to add to it but I can’t. Now I’ve got to strong arm this thing off my car to get a different brand. I wanted the WeatherTech brand to match my WeatherTech window vent visors. Now I have to figure something else out.

I used a lot of Weathertech products before and I trusted the brand so much, I didn’t read the reviews before buying. The protector does not cover the edge. I bought the protector especially for protecing the edge, since that is where the most scratches happen. Returning the product.

I don’t know why car manufactureres dont build the car with a protected bumper. They know that lugging things in and out of the back hatch in this case of a Pacifica you are going to gouge the paint. This Bumper Topper eliminates the problem. It was simple to install and looks pretty good too.

This cover fits exactly as I would expect it to. The installation instructions were easy to follow. It covers up some dings from wear on my rear bumper and hopefully will prevent future ones. It also looks great and you wouldn’t think it’s an after market product when looking at it.
