Fuel outlet on wrong end of tank for my Powerease Generator…..fuel cut off spot seems to be stuck. Going to have make shims to reverse tank to add height for clearance. Not five gallons either.

The only difference from original tank is the level gauge is on the opposite end of the tank — no problem at all, perfect fit with all holes lining up. simple replacement

One corner of the tank was all bent out of shape but the box it came was not damaged in that area… seems like it was damaged prior to being boxed/shipped. I see this complaint commonly with a lot of different brands of tanks, and I almost wonder if they are factory seconds or something. Anyways, the metal is thin enough that I bent it back by hand and other than some flaking paint in that area it seems no worse for the wear.The other complain is that the screws it came with to mount the fuel gauge are the cheapest, softest metal you can imagine. One of them didn’t even have threads cut all the way to the end. Fortunately I was able to use the screws from the tank I replaced and saved myself a trip to the hardware store.Other than that, it came with all the parts I needed to replace the old tank, including a working petcock. It doesn’t leak, and the measurements were spot-on. I was expecting to have to do a bit of fabricating to mount this to my WEN Power Pro 5500 generator, but the holes were an exact match so it was an exact fit bolt-on replacement. Overall it is a decent value considering that buying a replacement from WEN costs $10-$20 more and doesn’t come with the fuel gauge or petcock.

This was a direct fit as for hole lineup, came with minor edge damage not from shipping but before being boxed up (not a issue) it is a thinner metal tank form original, but it was a whole cheaper than an original.Picture shows stainless steel flex exhaust line added to muffler to make safe running from carbon monoxide poisonings by keeping fumes away from getting indoors.
