Felt rigid out of the box. Good silver/grey powder coating but not perfect cut as you can see from the edges. This doesn’t affect for what I’m going to use this for anyway. It came with stainless steel hardware and they’re good. You can tell the good quality by just turning the screws into the bolts. No instructions came with this but it’s easy to figure out and install. I’m sure I’ll need other stuff to make this work because I need this for a DIY project, but I have everything I need with this set.
