The rolled wire design was crafted to be flexible, so it doesn’t snap on contact with a curb. The chrome curb feeler has a universal fitment and can be used on most vehicles and designed to fit low on the body.
- BENEFITS & INFO: Our UP Curb Feelers are meant to help you with preventing curb damage on your wheels. While you approach a curb, the curb feelers act as whiskers and scrape against the curb and alerts the driver to avoid potential damage. (DISCLAIMER: The best way to mount these will be to drill holes to your vehicle to mount it and prevents it from falling off, but it will work without drilling. NOTE: every time it scrapes the curb, it will loosen up so it should be checked occasionally).
- DISCLAIMER: Our UP Curb Feelers were designed to have a universal fitment without modding your vehicles. The curb feeler uses two tension styler screws that’s pressed against your vehicles lower body to mount the curb feelers. For best results, drilling holes on your vehicle’s lower body to mount these will be best, but it will work without modding your vehicle. (NOTE: every time it scrapes the curb, the screws will loosen up so it should be checked occasionally).

I bought two pairs of these to go on both drivers side And passenger side of my huge 1988 Lincoln to aid with driving, parking near curbs, and to look cool. Theyre simple to install, easy to adjust, and work as they should making the loud scraping noise to warn of curb checks before you actually hit the curb. They need to be tightened A LOT so they don’t fall off, I suggest using Loctite to ensure they stay on. Its a simple clamp that goes onto the car so it is universal. Overall, they are exactly what I wanted and reccomend these to anyone wanting curb feelers.

Put these on my 65 f100 to help protect my new wide white walls (figured the truck was old enough that they would enhance that old school look as well) my first night street parking the thing I heard what sounded like my radio antenna hitting something, got out and looked, sure enough they saved me from curbing the tires, so they do their job! I opted for 4 stars only because the design looks to me like they would be easy to rattle loose over time (I remedied this by adding 6 additional #10-24 screw nuts to serve as jamb nuts) but they looked alot better on my truck then I thought they would, I’m happy with em!

positioning the things one SINGLE one on right front of the car and another single one on front left side of the car was troublesome. but not overly difficult. once installed they even that same day saved me from getting to close to curbs..wow. I notice many cars with nice wheels have gouges and scrapes on their wheels. some VERY deep..which can affect the wheel balance..so much material week by week getting grounded off! I did not bolt two together, and then install them as a set of two on each side of the car. I don’t like that look and also I want to keep a set for back up incase these wear out or something. so far they work well enough as a single unit on each side of the car, and they are not so odd looking this way also. don’t really like that whisker look LOL
