I was a bit concerned when first purchasing the cheaper tour pack. Had read negative reviews from other Harley riders about the Chinese made pieces. I just completed a 1600 mile trip with this set up and I can say I am very pleased. Is it Harley quality? No, but given the huge cost savings it is more than a good deal. The pack is sturdy. Hinges are not bad. Latch is ok. One thing I changed immediately was the tether. Was very thin. May go with the Harley latch later. Paint finish is good. Detachable mount worked well also. $1000 less than buying H-D pack. Well worth it.

The tour pack looks great. The colour is an exact match to my bike. They did not have the black hinges and latch available when I bought but I may paint them or leave them (still looks good chrome)It was very easy to install. All the holes were marked where to drill and lined up perfect. I have not mounted the luggage rack yet (no holes are marked for it). I may paint the luggage rack or get some screws to fill the holes so I can leave it off when I don’t need it. The mounting bracket fit perfectly on my four point dock.Like others have said the tether is weak and will probably need to be replaced unless you are very careful everytime you open the lid. The plastic is not as thick as I would like. But I read a review somewhere else where a guy reinforced it with fiberglass resin Bondo. So I may try that if I notice any ware around the hinges.The delivery was good. It ships in two packages however they only gave my one tracking number. So when I called into pay for my COD ahead of time I only paid for half and had to go pick up the rest of the package the next day. So if you are buying in Canada be warned that there will be some landing fees when you get the delivery.Overall great experience TCMT was quick with their response when I had questions and the product seems like a cant miss for the price.

Fits well on my bike. I haven’t been out for a ride yet to see if it whistles or vibrates.Obviously cheaper quality then a HD tour pack but a large savings.Easy to drill and build, install the back rack and back rest. No instructions, look closely inside the case and you can see imprints where you need to drill to run the bolts throw. So far happy with the product.

The tour pack is great, you have to drill out holes, all are marked inside and they are accurate, got it mounted in 1/2 hour , I needed 4 stainless nuts and bolts to attach the pack to the mount, latch is a little loose and might rattle but I will look and see if I can adjust later, good finish

Couldn’t be more pleased with this product! Fit great, looks great, quality materials, matched the paint perfectly. Did research online and found out this will fit a 2013 and took the chance and it did. Only thing I had to change was the antenna, had to buy a stubby antenna.

This chopped tour pack costs a fraction of what an OEM product cost from HD! From this my expectations were set low, but to my surprise this is a very well made pack! But most of all, I am very happy with TCMT’s customer service here on Amazon. I had some questions about the unit and they quickly and cheerfully answered them within a day! After a few back and forths, this company continued to impress me and gained my respect. Great product, great service! Happy camper…

The installation was fairly easy and the pre-marked holes for the backrest was helpful. My one very big issue is the lock stopped working and had to be replaced.

If you need a tour pack for your Harley, save your money from the stealership and get this! I have ran this for almost 5yrs on a 2011 street glide, with absolutely zero issues. In fact I loved it so much, I bought another one for my 2024 Road Glide. Just be careful on the 24’s. You may have to do a little shimming where the mount connects to the pack. Where the new model design bags are different, they tend to want to rub the tour pack when you open them. Not a deal breaker for me. Your assembly is required anyways, slip some washers in while your there and good to go! Btw check out their fenders too! I bought the full wrap around for my 2011 street glide and it looks 10 times better than the high dollar one.
