It’s exactly what I ordered them the micro switch was bad and mine and I put it on my water pump and it works beautifully and there’s no other what else can I say

I’m now on my THIRD one of these in 6 weeks. The original, not heavily used one in the 4048 failed and I ordered a replacement. Put it in and it worked. For about a month, of which it was used for a week. Then it completely failed – right about on DAY 32. I’m now on the THIRD one. Hopefully, this one will last better than the last one. The WORST part isn’t the $25 part, it’s the slow, painful process of getting the pump out, apart, replace, and back in. I don’t know if it’s parts or QC but I HOPE I don’t have to do this again!

Maybe-flo both sucks and blows, even more than their pumps do. But after you’ve given up on their near useless “support”, joke of a “warranty”, and after your pump starts to wig-out (as all 4 pumps I’ve had the misfortune of owning did, yes FOUR) and eventually fail, you’ll need this little POS to get it working again.If your pump is tweaking like a meth-head jonsing for his next hit, constantly flickering on and off, and then eventually stopping completely, this over-priced cheapo contact-switch will fix it —for a while.Simple install. Quick fix. Does the job of getting a shi**y pump working again.For the record this same part works on the 4008 as well as the 4048 (and probably a whole host of other shoddy garbage pumps they make).

Great instructions and easy to follow. My pump was surging, and then stopped work altogether. This was an easy replacement… maybe 15 minutes. Everything I needed to replace the unit was included. The pump is now working with no surging.

This repaired the 2018 pressure switch in our motorhome. My understanding is the newer pumps use a different switch, so this is for the older model pumps. Mine came with a diaphragm, though it is not in the item pictures. So far so good; first one lasted 6 years. YouTube videos on the repair are very helpful.
