I received these wheel chocks as a promotional gift, and I’m really impressed with the quality. We have several vehicles and a utility trailer, so having two full sets is perfect — we can block both the front and back of the tires on either of vehicles and/or the trailer as needed. These chocks are solid and feel much sturdier than the wedge-style plastic stops we’ve used in the past. The connected rope makes them easy to grab, position, and store, and the reflective strips add a nice safety touch for use in low light. Overall, a tough, reliable, and well-thought-out design — a great addition to our setup!

Selected this type of wheel chock, looking to see if it truly would work well. Was skeptical because I would need it to stay in place on the ground (grass/dirt). Never wanting to compromise safety. Safety is top priority and this was a good buy. Glad that I have this as it has helped me out tremendously. I used to carry large bricks to secure the car from rolling around while working on it, not anymore. These are heavy duty, and yes they are heavy but not as heavy as the bricks I used to carry. I work on cars a lot but always hate getting underneath one, even with the brakes on, at least one jack and one concrete deck block. You just know how easily you can be crushed underneath the car, therefore I tend to overdue it to put my mind at ease. This product helps a lot to secure my car from moving in addition to the brakes. I did not expect them to be so solid in its construction and heavy but I am glad they are, it helps put my mind at ease knowing they are holding the wheels in place.

These are a critical safety measure, especially for weekend mechanics working at home on their cars. My nightmare is a car rolling off jackstands onto my son. Anything I can do to keep that from happening, I will do. These chicks are heavier than another set I got second hand. The rope is nice to hold them together and to carry as they are heavy and solid. I’ll never stop worrying of course but these, along with other safety measures, do give me a little more peace of mind.

Whether its design, price, quality, or weight, within their class you will not find a set of chucks anywhere on Amazon (or elsewhere). This comes from someone who recently purchased another wheel chuck device I thought I was the clear winner, that was until I saw and compared these. First their triangle design is what the professionals use (just check out the chucks used on commercial airliners at the Airport). Their price (on Amazon) compares to just 1 set of tire chucks of similar quality (you get 2 sets here). Their hard rubber design (just like the tires you are blocking) means a high coefficient of fraction. A high coefficient of friction means they will stay put when force is applied against them. Finally, their considerable heft/weight works in tandem with the previously mentioned rubbers high coefficient of friction which means the wheel(s) you are blocking will stay put against a considerable force.

Wheel chocks a must have if you do anything yourself on a vehicle, have a trailer or just good to have on hand in case. These hard rubber wheel chocks for 40ish $ are a great value. They weigh just under 7lbs the pair, 6.5″ long and 4.25″ wide they will work for almost any application. The nylon rope that binds them together gives you a working range of 29″ if stretched out straight. Works perfectly around a 20″ SUV wheel.If the nylon rope ever wears out or is too short for your application, you can easily put your own on as they are not molded into the chocks but are held on by a knot on the inside.

These wheel chocks are legit. Really heavy duty and solid—definitely not cheap plastic. The reflective strips are a nice touch, and the included rope makes them easy to grab and move around. Perfect for keeping my camper secure. Would buy again.

My dad used a 4×4 scrap. His dad used a 4×4 scrap. I’ve used a 4×4 scrap my whole life. Truthfully, I never had much confidence in it’s stopping ability. But I genuinely didn’t know commercial chocks could be so impressive.I’ll never use a 4×4 again.These must have some metal or concrete in them as they are heavy. I’d be surprised if this was all rubber. They stick to the ground like they are glued. I thought the claims you could use these on a aircraft was marketing hype. I get it now. They are legit impressible.And the one thing I worried about is no problem, you can replace the rope when the sun kills it. Cheap insurance.
