The REESE Pintle Hook & Ball Combination Ball Mount is designed to facilitate heavy duty towing. Made of steel for maximum strength and safety, the combination pintle hook & ball mount is protected by a black powder coat finish to resist rust and corrosion. The towing combo includes a tethered locking pin to secure the pintle hook for safety. Pintle hook is rated for up to 12,000 lbs. GTW and up to 1,200 lbs. TW. The 2-inch ball is rated for up to 7,000 lbs. GTW. The REESE Pintle Hook & Ball Combination Ball Mount fits most 2-inch square trailer hitch receivers.

Great Quality, I use this for landscape trailers. This part is cheaper then buying the two separate pintle hitch parts and bolting them together. While there is no adjustment up and down, This does not seem to be an issue.
