    Had an older unit on a 2014 trailer. Used same holes to mount, soldered and shrink tubed in. Charged battery for a couple hours, had been sitting on a shelf for 10 months till I ordered it. Tested and worked like I expected. This box design suffers from the same fault as the older one. The wires coming through the box have a large hole that lets water and muck in. I intend on stuffing some foam to help seal the hole. Also the wires going to the battery don’t have much slack in them, so after charging they are difficult to reattach and stay attached as you lower the battery into the box again.

    Installed this on a trailer. Easy installation comes with everything you need except mounting bolts. I would recommend it and would buy again myself.
