Product Description
This adhesive is versatile and can be applied using roll coating, brushing, or spraying. For spray applications, it is recommended to use an Aro 650095 4.25-inch air motor with a 30:1 ratio pump at 80 psi, paired with a 651-500 spray gun and a #651551 for easy cleanup, along with a 1565 spray tip with a 0.015-inch opening or comparable equipment. For maximum bond strength, a two-sided application is suggested.
When working with porous surfaces like fiberboard or plywood, the adhesive can be wet laminated by applying it and immediately pressing the materials together. For non-porous surfaces such as EPS or ISO, apply 4-5 mils of adhesive to both surfaces and allow it to dry for 20-30 minutes, depending on environmental conditions, before bonding them. The adhesive goes on white and turns clear once dry. To ensure proper adhesion, apply the adhesive to the roof deck, then firmly press the sheet down with a broom or roller.

They say you can use a brush,,,don’t. It will be to thick. Works great with a roller. Dry to tacky is 5 – 10 minutes and you can CAREFULLY put material down. I put pvcrubber roof on teardrop camper over wood and this glue really sticks. Just get bubbles out quickly and keep everything clean. Very happy with this glue.

This adhesive has to rate H-Quality! It is super super sticky, creating a forever bond! It is EZ to apply using paintbrush and rubber gloves! I tried the roller that didn’t go well. Hard to clean off, apply carefully. Cost effective!
