when the back rest is rolled over to make the the bed , it sits about 2 inches higher than the part under the seat. definitely not worth the 100 bucks if it doesn’t work correctly.

The overall quality of these seems to be excellent. Although I’ve yet to install, and probably won’t for a couple of months due to project priorities, I’m confident that these will work great in my E-350 van. It will be so nice to have such versatility in a van.Add:After some time, I finally got to the project. Like the others, I was also having issues with the section not sitting level. There are no instructions, as mentioned. I built “something” with them that kind of works, but I got discouraged and never finished my project mostly because of it, I bought them 2 years ago and it’s just sat because I really want these to work.RecTec—— how about some support here? Send us some instructions or tips or schematics on sizing of the platforms or something. I’m lowering my rating because of a of this. I’d love to change it back. Give me a reason to.

Works great in our camper van but the back/extension that rolls over sits about 1/2″ higher than the platform it’s mounted to. Seems like a mistake at the factory because the stoppers seem they could be riveted in at a different point on the mechanism. Quality material, but yea, it’s not aligned. Not a huge deal cause it’s where my feet go, but the perfectionist in me is annoyed.

I built my own bed platform around this for my camper, including flip-up storage underneath. If you want accessible underneath storage and a couch mode, then you need a rollover couch, and this is the only company selling a mechanism.Good: Stable, wonder of a mechanismBad: SERIOUSLY THEY COULDN’T MAKE IT LEVEL?! The side that holds the swinging platform sits 1.25″ higher than the main platform, and YOU have to make up for that in your design. Horrible, shame on you RecPro.

Website description says these fit Sprinter vans. They do NOT. I went to return them, however, the costs to return was over $100. I modify the braces and make them fit with cutting the metal. These do not come with any instructions and are not adjustable. Poor design.

Look great out of box. Second pair purchased work great as described. I choose to go with fixed base with drawers used just hinges. Two facing couches quickly flip down into regular sized queen bed. RecPro was very helpful with questions. I would highly recommend using them for your RV needs.
