I am not a professional at upholstery, but have recovered quite a few ATV seats. This cover was cut to the perfect size after fully stretching it out, which made it extremely difficult to stretch tight enough to staple. Once done, the stitching holes were stretched and starting to tear the material. It works, but was very hard to work with, and the material is weak

I think this seat cover is designed for someone with proper upholstery experience and a few additional tools to help stretch and pull it into the proper position. The manufacturer included a detailed instruction sheet with helpful pictures to install this cover; but I think most at-home do it yourselfers will find this process difficult. The seat cover itself seems to be cut to fit the Outlander exactly, with very little wiggle room to spare. This speaks to both its difficulty of installation, and its quality. It is a well made seat cover, and the material feels very high quality.
