Easy to install. We did have to pull the refrigerator out of our Outdoors RV 24RKS because of the way the RV is designed but that was easy also. It’s over 100 degrees outside everyday at our host site but the refrigerator is staying cool. The fan cycles as expected and makes some noise but nothing bad.

Was unaware that this fan kit requires the removal of the RV refrigerator to install it properly – per the directions.If one does take the fridge out, it seems pretty easy to install at that point…

The bracket doesn’t fit in the location that’s described in the instructions, so I slid the unit slightly away from the coil edge. Wiring works great and the unit operates as designed. This really helps keep the air moving during those warmer days. I had to remove my fridge to install the unit.

The product from what I saw was nice and sturdy. The issue with me was the cooling unit was replaced so I have a Norcold N811 but the cooling unit is aftermarket. These coils are much larger so the brackets wont fit. I paid the 7.00 return shipping because I should have verified it was still a Norcold cooling unit.

And, yes, it did say this kit should fit my particular Norcold refrigerator. Everything works, it just does not fit. It does move air across the condenser but the fan is in contact with the lines and there is vibration.I will use it as backup. I purchased a pair of similar fans and mounted them in the chimney above the refrigerator workings. They are primary at moving the air when the ambient temperature is high.
