Firmware preloaded for your vehicle. All components required for installation are included. Automatic Transmission ONLY To prevent theft, the remote starter will shut down the vehicle when a door is opened.
- REMOTE START FEATURES – This is an Add-on remote start system for vehicles with existing keyless entry. Does not include remotes – this uses your factory remotes to start your vehicle by pressing the “lock” button three times. No need to carry extra key fobs! Warm or cool your car from the comfort of your home.
- SEMI PLUG & PLAY INSTALLATION TYPE – This kit uses a plug-in T-Harness which dramatically reduces number of wiring connections that typical systems require. The installation of this product will still require some wiring connections. We provide concise directions with wire colors and locations. I bought this item for my C-HR. Unfortunately I didn’t install it and returned it back to the vendor because it required me to cut a wire in the harness and bypass it. I don’t like to modify very complicated wiring system.

Read the instructions thoroughly and watch the video. I am an engineer with auto maintenance experience so I assumed that I could do it. It took me 55 minutes. If I had to do another one, I assume that it would take me 30 minutes. It has been working for a mobth now and my wife loves it.

The level of difficulty is misleading. It took awhile because I don’t have baby hands. Also, cutting the factory wire sucks. I soldered the connections but it would be very simple had they just added the male and female connections to the wires. THE RANGE IS AWFUL! It’s about 20 feet with line of sight.

Was pretty easy to install the instructions are ok at general directions just gotta figure out exactly where harness on you vehicle other then that great product starts right up every time.
