This is a quality rubber tire spare that was made to work specifically on my 2022 BMW X7 with 22″ wheels. It fits in my rear cubby under the last seat perfectly. I hope I never have to use it, but I feel confident if I do, it will work perfectly.

Arrived and looks great. Sad that it has to be hidden but fits right under the rear cargo area. A little snug but won’t move around. Hope I never have to use it but wouldn’t want to be stuck without it. Happy with the price and what it comes with.

The spare and jack accessory kit is well equipped and packaged in a way that I can easily take along for longer road trips in carry case. Thankfully I have not had to use it yet but I am confident it will fit and work as described by Modern Spare.

My BMW came with run flat tires which means it doesn’t come with a spare. I’m replacing the run flats but needed a spare option. This complete Compact Spare Tire Kit includes everything I needed from Modern spare. It fits perfectly where the factory spare would have been if BMW included one. It even comes with a 5yr warranty which is longer than what the SUV came with.

Unhappy with the tire that I unwrapped today. I was expecting what was advertised – a speed rated tire that was same diameter as OEM tires and could be driven more than 50 miles. I received a “TEMPORARY USE ONLY” and “50 MPH MAX SPEED” tire. It is 6.3% smaller diameter which is outside of BMW requirements of 1.2%. It has very little tread on the tires (5mm and tire manufacturers recommend replacement at 4mm)Very disappointed!!!!
