The female caps fit fine over my fittings…..but the male plugs that go into my female fittings simply fall out….no retention at all. Considering the female fittings are what gets the most dirt and gunk, and need the protection the most…especially since their counterparts can simply be wiped off.. I may have just got a odd part….the vendor is attemptinh to resolve the issue by sending new to try, so I’ll update when I receive.Ok…received new ones. Caps fit, plugs don’t. Can someone please tell me what the difference is between a 1/4″ hydraulic coupling for a Kubota vs a John Deere vs a New Holland or Ford?

I purchased this set for a hydraulic system that has standard 1/4” poppet hydraulic fittings and they fit perfectly for me. I only deducted 1 star because the lead is quite long, I can’t see ever needing them to be that long but it’s fine for me.Both the male and female caps fit snugly for me. I would think they will also fit fine on ball-type since the poppet sticks out further than the ball type on the connector and my poppets are not quite hitting the end of the caps so they stay on no problem.
