This Zombiebox double wall insulated and silenced universal wall attachment kit provides a method of emitting the combustion exhaust out of your generator shed or enclosure. The thermally insulated exhaust pipe is 14” in overall length, long enough to go through thick exterior walls. The engineered wall plate prevents heat transfer by using only 2 contact points on the double wall muffler as well as using an air gap to reduce the amount of heat transfer. This provides more cooling between the muffler, the wall plate and the exterior wall. Thermal transfer to the wall is nominal so no extra materials or DIY engineering is needed. Simply cut a 5 inch hole in your shed or building wall, mount the plate on the outside, attach the adapter to the muffler, then connect the tube to the adapter. Insert the muffler into the wall mount, then connect the muffler to the flex tube.

I bought this for a Honda EM6500SX, neither adaptor fit. Probably could have redone the screw holes but it would not have fit in the muffler well. So I took the original spark arrestor out and took it to a local welding shop. They were able to weld the adapter to the spark arrested. I had to grind down the adapter to fit in the opening but it all worked out well.

Left the spark arrester on as it made a better flush fit. Put my exhaust out through the floor of my shed and got another pc of extension from Canadian tire to place on the end and point out the shed bottom. Have fired it up a few times and it sounds good and looks like it will stay together.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Not only would it not fit to my generator but I had to alter the connection to my generator. No co leak there it leaks through the whole flex tube. My connection is air tight with high temp create a gasket. But now I probably can’t return this. It leaks co so bad all along the flex tube usless piece of garbage this kit is. This is the reason for buying this kit. To push the co out side. If I could give negative stars I would. Very very disappointed 😞

After upgrading my generator to one with more wattage, I had to do some modifications to my generator box. This product fit the bill nicely. The exhaust flange adaptor fit my Champion generator with no modifications needed. I purchased an exhaust manifold gasket to make a better seal between the generators exhaust outlet and the adaptor flange. I also took the muffler to a shop to have a 90 degree elbow welded onto it to direct the exhaust flow toward the ground. Nice quality product.

Easy install. The zombie box kit includes an adapter that fits right onto the Predator exhaust port with no modification needed. The wall mounting plate makes it easy to install into a DIY generator shed. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I installed this to my Firman T07571 I bought from Costco and measured a significant sound level reduction. Without this muffler I measured a sound level of 108db next to the generator. After installing this muffler, I measured the sound level all around the generator and measured a sound level of 89db. I hear most of the noise is from the mechanical moving parts of the generator. I installed this to my shed and when I closed the door and measured the sound 20 feet away, I measured a sound level of 68 db.This kit also fits the Firman T07571 very well. I only wish this is available in stainless version.

If you have an XP 13000 E-series generator, The ZombieBox solencer Slip On kit is posssibly missing one “tight space” part, the PATIKIL 90 Degree Mandrel Bend Elbow (1-1/2″ OD) in only 3.5 inches also available thru Amazon.com.

I was impressed that all the parts needed were included. The only issues I have with the design are that the hose could’ve/should’ve been at least 2 feet longer (6 feet would’ve been perfect.) Because of the short hose that’s included, the generator has to remain pretty close to the wall. The second issue is that there’s no covering over the end of exhaust that extends outside. That’ just an invitation for birds or bees to get in there and plug it up.
