The Company was great with communications when I had questions about shipping. The parts looked great and looked as if we spent much more than we did. They fit perfectly in the car and was easier to replace than we had expected. Torch Wrench would be needed if you needed adjustments, which you could easily rent from any car parts store, but no adjustments were needed. Would Highly recommend!

Update 3-14-22:Customer Service rep Roger reached out after leaving this review and verified what parts were missing and proceeded to ship them out which only took 1-2 days. Needless to say I had accepted that they were going to do nothing and I’d have to buy rear shocks elsewhere. It was a pleasant surprise to have someone reach out and make it right after all the back and forth with no progress. Thank you Roger for taking the time to make it right and to stand up do what customer service reps before you didn’t take the time or effort to do.Original Review:Ordered the kit which includes the front strut assemblies, rear shocks, and links front and back. Parts took longer to receive than expected and rear shocks never showed up. Never opened the boxes and just loaded them into the car and dropped off with mechanic to find out about the missing shocks. Contacted Detroit Axle and they have unrealistic requirements in order to do anything to assist. They will do anything to get out of providing warranty parts or replacements. I waited to leave this review so I could give them the benefit of the doubt but they’ve made it clear they aren’t going to do anything. I’ve purchased their products before and if you get lucky enough to get something that isn’t already bad, it’s ok stuff but I have had countless parts that once installed are worse than what you took out and they make you pay to get replacement parts and don’t refund when you pay to ship back the defective parts. Bad company, bad parts, terrible warranties, and even worse customer service. I love a bargain like everyone else but these parts will cost you more in the long run in labor for having to replace them sooner if not right away and the games they play after to pay to ship the original stuff back. Buy good name brand shocks/struts and do it once and enjoy your car. Wish someone gave me this advise before I wasted my time and money with Detroit Axle.

I was having issues with the front sway bar end links hitting the lower control arms making a clunking noise. The lower control arms I bought separately came with another set of end links when compared to these they were shorter by about a quarter inch. The ones that came in this kit were too long causing them to just barely touch my lower control arms each time I hit a bump making a clunking noise that was irritating. The struts are good and the rear end links are good though. Price was low…
