this thing worked perfectly. I tried a few different methods trying to get an old bibb seat but they just made the situation worse. this tool worked just like it was supposed to.

It did the job. However a ratchet wrench was supposed to come with it. It did not. Fortunately for me I had a wrench already. So, as a tool it get a high rating, but, the supplier failed on it advertised delivery.

Had a thoroughly stripped and stuck gerber seat. Stripped first with L-wrench and then reamed with ez-out. Left hand threads on this tool bit into brass and got it out.

Worked well to remove a totally rounded off faucet valve seat. In my case, it was advertised as tool-only (no ratchet included) at the time of purchase, so I used my own 11 mm wrench to get the job done.
