I use this on my 2005 Honda Element EX and it fits perfectly. It’s a one-person install that takes about 15 minutes…20 if you’re being fastidious. No tools are required. Aesthetically I think it really brings together the black accents on the car, especially if you have black running boards. In terms of performance, it seems to stay really solid, even at speed, and it deflects bugs and road debris adequately. I believe it might also slightly help with MPG since it directs airflow up and over the vehicle a bit more – though who really knows. My small gripe is that after a big of driving the product emblem came off. Otherwise it’s been great!

Purchased this for the Element to protect the font edge of the hood from stone chips to prevent rust spots from forming. Super easy to install, sturdy and looks great as well!

This deflector not only adds a sleek and stylish look to the hood but also serves its primary purpose exceptionally well. It has proven to be highly effective in preventing bugs, debris, and road grime from impacting the front of my vehicle. The durable material and secure installation make it a reliable choice for long drives, protecting both the paint and the windshield. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in bug splatter, and cleaning my car has become a much simpler task. If you want to keep your ride looking sharp while safeguarding it from the elements, this bug deflector is a smart investment. Easy to install and practical, it’s a must-have accessory for any car owner.

I tried ordering this twice through Advanced Auto. Both times it was “out of stock”, ordered Amazon, three days, it was on my Element! Good price, easy install, no drilling.

Easy to install, but take your time. Appears well made and sturdy. I recommend this product for an ’08 Element.

Initially i was livid because it specifically says in the marketing – comes with instructions for easy install. Get the package, no instructions, the usual lasy bullcrap these companies pull oh just scan the QR code and get it online. Sure that would be fine, except the QR lino just takes you to the website, not to the specific instructions. Search by the part number, not found. I spose, since its for an old model vehicle its too old for them to care, but it didn’t stop them from taking my money. Installed it wrong, hood wouldn’t close, lost two of the nylon screw pin things. Started the return, then decided to search for a video. This is going on 2008 Honda Element. Thankfully lots of Ele fans out there with good vids. Fiund the key, you gotta put it BETWEEN the rubber trim guard and the hood, NOT ON TOP. Like man, how hard would have been to print up 1 dang sheet of simple instructions. But once intalled, looks nice and fits great. But i knocked off a star because the instructions were specifically stated to be included and they weren’t at all. I hate being lied to, especially when I’m a paying customer. Anyways, I found some metal screws that fit to replace the 2 nylon ones I lost, would be nice if they would include a couple of extras since they can’t bother to include installation directions. And installation is almost self explanatory save that one crucial detail I mentioned. Hood shuts fine now, if your hood doesn’t shut you have it installed wrong like i did. SMH, should have been a super easy install but lack of directions made it a PITA.

Fits perfectly. Looks great! Noticed less bugs so it does protect . For installation I just looked up a YouTube tutorial. Made it easy and fast. The four screws and nylon nuts worked fine. Only thing that makes this 4 stars is that I get a vibration noise everytime I drive. Almost like a crackling sound. I even put the bumpers on but that didn’t help.
