The adhesive runs long ways or parallel with the product and this cause the rain to not run off properly. The strips should be up and down to all air and water. I can hear a wind drag with everything silenced in the vehicle at almost any speed. I will be removing mine and replacing the adhesive up and down to correct my problem. Aside from that it is a attractive hood shield.

I wanted a very tight seal to the hood so dust and sand wouldn’t get into the gap between the guard and the hood. And I must say that this is a very successful model considering this circumstance. The protection is moderately wide and perfectly follows the contours of the hood. And the bottom edge generally drops below the edge of the hood – look at the photo. Installation is easy. Overall five stars and my recommendations.

It was so simple to install, just make sure you clean the hood properly, and use the alcohol pads, I used my own rubbing alcohol on a terry cloth. Looks sharp.
