| When Will You Need a Decoder? | 1.While you turn on the light after installation, both of headlights are flickering or one side is flickering. 2.Dashboard error and show a “bulb out” signal. 3.The bulb still keep lighting for a while although you have turned off the light. 4.Lighting is every dimmed, not bright as normally. 5.Just one headlight work, the other one doesn’t work. 6.All of the Wrangler before 1989 must need the LED CANBUS. |

Installed LED headlights in my 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ. These corrected a flickering condition when the engine was running and the light switch was in the OFF position. I decided to change the stock headlights on the Jeep. Lots of reviews mentioned flicker so I purchased these harnesses at the same time. They were easy to fit and the lights have no flicker so I guess they work!

Says ‘capacitor’ in the item description, but doesn’t actually do anything to smooth out the DC power going to the headlights. Cheap internals.

Poor conection quality. Make sure to use dieletric grease and duc tape. You should also put epoxy un connecter.

They didn’t work for my Mazda , my goal was to get the car to let the fog lights come on after installing LED headlights. It worked but it did the opposite. When I push the fog light button they turn on, but so did the brights

These worked exactly as expected. Plus they were cheaper than the other models of similar products. Used both of the adapters to get the hi-beams and fog lamps to start working. I’d recommend them if you are experiencing headlight switch not functioning properly after replacing bulbs to LED issue.

EDIT: surprise! After a couple of trips, the device somehow synced and now works correctly. A company rep was also great to work with. Upgraded to 5 stars.Not penalizing stars (rating it as close to the average as I can), because it does stop the flicker and the dash console warning light. But it didn’t keep DRLs on, so I’ll keep searching for a model that supports that function

I ordered these when I installed it on my Jeep Wrangler, the LED headlights high beam would flicker and even go out altogether. This did not fix the issue at all. My Beeyeo headlights are garbage and not fixed with their “repair”. Don’t waste your money.
