I ordered one of these and had my shop install it to replace one that functioned, but was getting flaky. The ACDelco unit did not work, so I returned it for another one, it did not work either. Upon testing the ACDelco unit, I found that the + and – terminals were reversed compared to the GM service manual and the unit that came off my truck. In the end, I returned both ACDelco parts and ordered the DieselRX #01005 equivalent.

It was missing the nuts and had marks and dirt on it. When I was putting it together I started to tighten one of the nuts and the plastic cracked. I should have just gone with the local parts store.
