All I ended up using was the valve cover gasket and the small square one on the top . Was a little tight so was a bugger to get it to stay buti got it in the end.

Fits a honda accord 2015 no problem. Works well and creates a solid seal on the engine. Easy to install and is durable. Don’t forget to use some silicone gasket maker to reinforce the seal! Good value set comes with spark plug tube seals and 8 grommets as well.
