I got this hose to use for drinking water for our travel trailer. That said it is a very nice hose – great quality and its very easy to coil and transport – I don’t think it will be easy to kink it or cause it knot. We use it with a water filter like our other hose and I can taste the hose (aka it tastes like a garden hose) I was hoping for better. When I use our other hose I don’t have this issue – our other hose is a black $40 or so flex hose.I will not use this hose for drinking water due to that issue, I will use it for my outside kitchen for my dish washing station and I think it will work well for that purpose.I wish it didn’t smell/taste like a hose.
