I bought this cause I had a Bernzomatic that was missing its tip. The tips on this guy fit perfectly and I like how well this torch works, especially for the cost. However, I have detected a faint smell in the room that I leave it in and I run out of propane MUCH quicker. But I have noticed that if I turn the valve off when I’m not using it, It seems to leak less.

This has all the features i want, adjustable flame, the tips are really cool, i use it strictly for lighting my woodstove instead of using wd40 or other liquid firestarter. The one nozzle has a crazy huge flame. There are smaller more controlled nozzles also for brazing/soldering copper pipe. I saw this exact same style at my local autoparts store for $135 cad.

Estaba feliz usando el soplete, sin embargo, éste repentinamente dejo de encender la flama de gas para jamas hacerlo nuevamente. no se como funcione el sistema de encendido, me imagino que es una chispa que se genera mecánicamente al oprimir el botón y simplemente dejo de hacer dicha chispa.Funciono muy poco tiempo.No se a quien o como reclamar!

This works well. It is like torch-on-demand. When you push the button, the torch comes on. When you let off, the torch goes out. There is a button to make it stay on. The different tips are handy.

I just received this Livosa torch and immediately put it to use. I was happy with the results, as I used it to heat up a piece of aluminum stock so as to bend it to shape. It reached the necessary temperature in a reasonable amount of time. I liked that I could use the broader flame tip to distribute the heat in a wider area while still maintaining the point of high heat. I also liked that it controlled the fuel properly while working in an inverted position. The ignition button works well and immediately stops the flame when released. The button to keep it on, hands-free, also worked well and was easy to release. As long as it keeps performing this way, I will continue to use and praise it.

This replaced a broken plastic one from box store. I was pleasantly surprised that the main body is metal. The torch tips are kinda neat. Be makes a large wide flame which I like. The adjustment knob is touchy as others say but I do like having it now that I have one with it.

My old torch was probably 20 years old, one day it burst into flames while I was holding it.After that I trashed it and bought this item. No regrets as it seems to heat better, adjust better. all around a nicer item.
