    Seems to work as it should im running it in my 03 tahoe powering 4 15s and a 10k amp and it keeps my truck charged over 13.0 volts while bass is playing 👌🏾 No big 3 setup either

    Not at all a 300 amp alt. If you need a true 300 amp alt do not. Repeat. DO NOT purchase this. No better than a stock alternator. Provides the same output as my stock one did. Idles at under 100 amp for this thing to put out 300 amps it would have to be at 10,000 rpms and would sling a bearing. Can actually hear the bearings when the trucks running. Contacted seller with no response!!! Dont buy!! If my truck was not down without an alternator at the time this thing would be back where i bought it from. Does function as a stock alternator. So it does produce power. Just nothing as it describes.

    So far so good. Reacts to load fast.Installation, bolted up with no problems. The old belt was too long and there was not enough tension. I purchased a belt for the 105 amp factory alternator and this works fine. You can see in the second pic that the tensioner mark is at the top of normal mark. I made new leads with #2 welding cable and covered with split loom. Instead of using a fuseable link, I opted for a 300 amp fuse.Good upgrade, if installed properly, this is not a plug and play installation.

    It’s running 6000 watt system with 5 batteries that never need to be charged so I’d say it’s a great buy

It bolted up fine and everything but, when I got my 3000 watt system you can see that the alternator can't keep up with the subs banging. Everytime I put a song on my headlights dim down on every bass note. I dont recomend it if your getting a system
