I borrowed a friends transmission lift but not only a very cheap unit but fell short by about 10″ in lift.I saw a few that had high lift but this one claimed to top out at over 78″. So bought it and when I opened the box I was amazed at the size and how well made it was. I was thrilled and was glad I invested a little more to get it.I did have to add about a quart of fluid so you might want to make sure you have some on hand for setting it up. I would strongly recommend this lift to anyone. Worth the money.

This jack broke after 6 months and the seller will not warranty it, they stated I need to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer says they are responsible?

External marketplace context: Either these jacks are junk or I am extremely unlucky. The first one I bought (not from Amazon) was so bad it wouldn't even lift its ram, let alone a transmission. I complained and they sent me another one. They are so cheaply built they didn't even want the first one back. After using the second one a few times without incident, it started leaking so badly that I couldn't use it. I'll try to repair both of them but I'm not hopeful.
