Easy install and exactly what I was looking for. The carbon fiber hood I installed on my car has hood louvers which exposed part of my air filter and was worried about water falling in but this filter cover worked out great, it is very adjustable as well.

They showed up on time, so delivery was great. Unfortunately, they are very flimsy and one of them was creased. I suspect from someone at the factory, Due to the fact the boxes square and wasn’t dented.

So, I needed to get a filter cover and found this one and liked the Carbon Fiber look (Carbon Fiber looks like Hydrodipped – don’t get me wrong it’s still a good finish). Overall the fit and finish of the part is pretty good. The product came packaged well – bubble wrapped and secure in the box. I however ran into an issue where the brackets that extend from the cover to slip underneath the clamp on the filter didn’t line up (the photo on the cover listing shows the bracket piece sitting underneath) so I placed that bracket piece on top and the got the screws in.The metal shield bends fairly easily, you need to be careful not to use too much force otherwise I could see it bending at an angle as opposed to staying rounded. So I brought in my filter and just used that as a template to bend the shield around.Overall, i am pleased with the shield/cover. We’ll see how it holds up to everyday use. But if you are in need of a cover – i would recommend it.

En mi opinión el producto está hecho con materiales muy baratos de hecho debería costar mucho menos del precio anunciado! Es muy blando y las abrazaderas muy débiles! Es más uso estético que otra cosa ya que realmente no es una protección real decidió a que el metal es muy fino ! Lo instale por una semana y lo quite, compre otro por $29.99 y ese si hace su función realmente! No lo recomiendo (solo estético funcionamiento)

Not bad at all when you add other accessories. Planning to get real creative with this one and it should come out fairly nice. ✌🏼. Good luckUPDATE: filter cover can but used as an air scoop if positioned correctly near the oem air scoop from grill/bumper.
