I replaced the OE Ford Motorcraft Ignition Control Module (ICM) in a 1987 F-350 with the 7.5L 460 big block V8, with this new Motorcraft unit. I now I’ve a solid spark all the time. Well worth the investment! Very pleased and I totally recommend this ICM to others. You just need to pay attention to the wire colors on their respective connector pins, as Ford used different configurations based on year, vehicle, and engine applications.I spent time looking closely at the connectors on this part before purchasing to make sure it would be right. It was! There are other ICM’s that Motorcraft makes for other applications.

This one works as it should , be careful buying the non-motorcraft part, I did and it and failed after a half min. so I up graded to the motorcraft. Installed plug it in, no problems.

Used this to replace my old worn module. The wires were so worn they began to peel and break where they enter the module. This was a great replacement that was plug and play. Once I swapped it out my dune buggy started right up and ran great with no issues.

The one I got at least was in a genuine OEM plastic baggie inside a genuine Motorcraft cardboard box with tamper evident tape. Sold by and shipped by Amazon. I didn’t even need one right now but when I do, I’ll have this one tucked away.
