I purchased this item for a fair price but received an older model and different part number with less features and a lot less value to what I ordered. Item was marked as new but had no hardware or instructions. I asked for it to be replaced with what I ordered and was told it wasn’t available. Had to be issued a refund. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
