    My 2012 F-150 XLT would just shut down at random times. Replaced multiple sensors etc. Finally talked to one of the Ford forums and somebody else remedied the same problem with a new throttle body. Haven’t had an issue in the last 3 months. 4 stars for mileage since there was no difference there.

    Replaced original at 142k miles on 13 Edge. Had issues going into limp mode randomly and heard this was the issue. This new throttle body cured the symptoms and runs great.

    The check engine light came on on my 2018 Ford Explorer, and after reading the code this was one of the possible options. After ruling out the other options, I ordered this to install in my vehicle. When it arrived, the replacement was very simple and straightforward. It is an exact fit replacement and took between five and 10 minutes to accomplish. Anybody could replace this with a few basic handtools and a few minutes.
