This item is located inside the cab where u release the locks, in order to lower the top manually!! So far the seller has been on time with delivery and part came packaged well and was brand new. I don't understand why the words TOP LOCKS are removed from this item label and/or description. I will update this once my return is complete, to follow up on the 30% restocking fee!!!
