Bolted right up. the switch was different but all I had to do was cut the wire and add a female connector. Great product to replace a old rusty original one

It had a lot of spots that you can tell was from where’s it’s been touched up. Not to concerned with it since it’s mounted almost completely out of sight. Feels about as heavy as the stock unit and if good quality. I’d give it less stars but reality is there’s no one remaking these and Originals are stupid expensive.. came with new pedal pad and pull handle. The brake light switch is a different style then stock so you need to change the end of your stock wiring. The switch that came on it wouldn’t make contact after i adjusted it.. almost like the prong bent just a little bit.To over come the crap switch and different end for the wiring I was able to use the original switch as a template and drill a small positioning hole and re-use the stock switch and didn’t need to change the terminal.

Fit my 79 cj7. The only thing that was not plug and play was the electric connector, no big deal.
