After installing two sets of new wiper blades and still getting wiper chatter, I realized that the wiper arms might be the problem. Sure enough, these wiper arms resolved my issue on my 2003 Ford F350. I’d of given them 5 stars, but I’ve only had them for a short time. I’m not sure about the wiper arms, but I do know that Dorman is the OEM supplier to Ford of the Auto/Lock hubs on my truck.

The keyway broke within a month. Luckily I kept the OEM in the back of my truck. I couldn’t discern a measurable difference between the OEM & Dorman, but i can definitely say that the spring was off, as it wouldn’t bend to a 90 degree angle without scraping the paint, and it would snap straight like a boobie trap against my windshield. I replaced the driver’s side w the dorman w out issue, but the passenger side was off coming out of the gate for my 2002 f250 SD 7.3 Diesel.
