Good quality, due to the fact that one end was folded to fit in the shipping box installation was rather difficult getting the proper alignment for the mounting holes and brackets. After lots of pushing and pulling a heat gun ended up helping it stretch into place. Worth the hassle for for the price and quality. Save your old mounting hardware and plastic inserts it does not come with them
