My fan started working intermittently and only on full speed, eventually not working at all. This fixed the problem. I probably should have replaced the blower motor as well but it’s working great. I did replace the aspirator sensor in the cab as well, which caused my heater to only work on max heat, just in case anyone has that problem as well…

It was the wrong one, but it listed as being the correct one, it has a three prong connection, but requires the 6 prongs, or better to connect the wire harness
