Often I remove an automotive hose or line to repair a system or component. In those situations I wish to seal that line or hose to keep it clean while I make the repair. This kit is perfect for that need. There is a wide variety of sizes, as accurately described and shown in the listing. The covers are flexible and appear to be of suitable quality. I don’t foresee myself using many of the larger sizes and wish that more of the medium size caps were included. However, I knew the sizes that I was buying so that wish cannot be a con. In short, I’m pleased with the caps and recommend them if you need to temporarily seal an automotive hose or line.

Overall, quality is good. However, not enough of the “medium” sizes. It only has one plug that was the right size for the heater hoses on my engine for example. Not a bad purchase, just not enough to seal a complete V8 engine.
