AEV M8 Protection & Beadlock Rings
These wheel rings and hardware kits are compatible with both AEV Borah and Crestone DualSport wheels.
Rings are sold individually and include hardware. Rings and hardware are now available with M10 hardware or M8 hardware. To ensure you order the correct part, we highly recommend you confirm fitment by checking the bolt head size with a socket: M8 bolt = 13mm drive size M10 bolt = 15mm drive size
Beadlock Ring
The Beadlock Ring is designed with strength and off-road durability in mind by utilizing a 16mm thick, forged aluminum ring and Grade 10.9 metric hardware for increased shear strength and higher torque requirements.
Off Road Use Only: The AEV Borah/Crestone Beadlock wheel with the Beadlock Ring installed is DOT compliant but that does not necessarily mean that they are 50-state legal for street use. Check state and local restrictions on beadlock installation and use BEFORE ordering. Beadlock wheels must be properly installed and require routine maintenance. As a general policy, AEV recommends that beadlock wheels are used for off-road purposes only.
Protection Ring
The Protection Ring is a non-functional cast aluminum ring, designed as a sacrificial part to protect the wheel from trail scratches while also providing the same look as the Beadlock Ring.
*These rings DO NOT fit the 2024+ Colorado ZR2 Bison or Canyon AT4X AEV Edition OEM wheels. These trucks require the GM Accessories ring kit.
