Plug and play, you just cut the old one from the outside, tape it well to the new one and pull it through
If you have been having issues with your refrigerator freezing stuff, then this is a must have
- To fix the following symptoms:
- RV refrigerator temperature abnormality (too hot/cold)
- The original thermistor is no longer work

I was afraid I’d have to replace a $1200 refrigerator but this fixed it. The freezer was 20° and the fridge was 60° so I tried this and got lucky. Remember the placement of this is important so watch some YouTube videos.
