Block the sun from penetrating your Class A windshield. One size fit’s almost every Class A windshield with no drilling necessary. This is a must-have product for anyone who camps in the sun. While drapes and folding windshield reflectors prevent light from entering the windshield, this product stops the heat, eliminating the greenhouse effect. Plus, it prevents dashboards and curtains from fading in the sunlight. A cheaper, easier alternative to custom-fit windshield covers that will not leave your coach full of drilled holes.

Wow, installing this cover was interesting to say the least! Be prepared to climb up on your roof of your huge Class A to hook the straps around your A/C unit! Carry a ladder where ever you travel, so you can do this again and again and again…Pros: We like the cover as far as material goes, very light weight and easy to handle. The price was a bargain indeed. No drilling or snaps to deal with, so you keep your expensive Class A intact!Cons: What can I say, looks like a saggy adult diaper! The straps wear the paint off every time there is a hard wind. We’ll only use the cover when we have no other choice but camp facing the sun. Otherwise, we’ll keep it in its carrier and forget about it!We gave this item only 3 stars because even though it’s just a little under $100 and quite affordable, it is still almost a waste of money! It’s certainly better than no windshield cover at all, but very unattractive because it sags so much and looks horrible with all the black straps against a white cover!Recommendation: Pass it up, spend the money and do it right the first time!

It is OK…serves the purpose…not very cosmetic, but when it is 100 degrees …..Remember, you must climb upon the roof of your RV … if you are not comfortable doing so DO NOT buy this item. You must stay in the center of the roof to prevent slipping and falling !

Some people say it looks like a diaper but mine fits like it came from the factory. The problem is that it doesn’t do the one thing I bought it to do – block heat. When you stand inside looking out the window you can feel the heat and you can see that about 75% of the light is still coming through. Also, doesn’t cover the side windows at all so you’ll still get heat from them. Even with this thing on and in partial shade my heat pump A/C was not able to keep up. This was on an 85 degree Seattle day. You have to climb up on the roof to put it on and take it off which is not only a pain but can also be a bit risky (watch for overhead power and don’t fall off). I gave it 2 stars because it did fit well and it did block a little heat (I think).

The only reason I gave the Cover a 1 is because there is no zero. I spent two hours trying to install the Cover. There are virtually no instructions — just three brief statements. I wasted a lot of time using two ladders, running between the ground and the roof, and still couldn’t figure it out. Don’t waste your time on this Cover. It really is a piece of garbage.

We just might be too smooth brain for this, but it was a little complicated for us to put on decided to just leave it off. We are full time anyway.
