If you have a lathe and the time this is easy to make yourself. If you don’t, this is an easy solution for your swing away needs. It is well made and includes everything you need to build a heavy duty pivot. Probably makes more sense to pack the roller bearings with grease rather than use 1/2 a tube of grease to fill the whole space inside the tubing.

The main unit is great. Used this for a spare tire carrier on our jeep that rattled no matter what we did. This cured it. No rattle and swings very easily. The only problem is the cam latch works the wrong direction for our use. We just use a bolt with a knob to tighten it to hold the opening end. Love it.
