I have a 2010 Dyna Super Glide Custom (FXDC) that I switched out the beach bars for drag bars. The stock mirrors looked good, but with the switch, I couldn’t see anything beyond my elbows. I tried longer stem mirrors, which worked, but looked like too big (like bug eyes). I ordered the mirror extenders and put them on with no problems – there are no directions but there’s really only one way the pieces go one. I put the mirrors on and have enjoyed the improved coverage. These really work and they look good too. The only change I did was to NOT use the enclosed acorn nuts… my stock mirrors had a longer thread than the acorn nut would allow for, so I used a regular nut with lock washer.Overall, these do the job very well and are about half the cost of Harley parts.

Best $15 I’ve spent on this bike. These mirror extenders (combined with the Harley Long Stem Tapered mirrors) have totally solved the mirror issue on my Street 750. They’re weird-looking, and there’s no instructions, so you do have to take a few minutes to think it through and figure out how to install them. Here’s a hint – the long cylindrical tube on the mirror extender goes into the socket that the mirror is currently sitting in, and is held in place by the long allen bolt in the kit. The flat portion of the extender is what you put your mirror in, and it gets retained by the nut included in the kit. In my installation I found that the right allen bolt was a little too long; I had to add some washers so it wouldn’t bottom out. Also, I found that they would work their way loose; I added a lockwasher and a dab of blue Loc-Tite to the long allen bolts, and now it’s just perfect.Seriously, these transformed my mirrors. I used to only see my shoulders in the mirrors. Adding the Long Stem Tapered mirrors let me see my shoulder and the car in the lane next to me, but nothing right behind me. Adding these mirror extenders to the Long Stem Tapered mirrors, I can now see the lane to the left of me, and the car directly behind me, and the lane to the right of me — from each mirror! Each mirror now shows three lanes of traffic.I don’t know how much the mirror extenders will help with the stock mirrors — maybe that’s all you need, or maybe it won’t be enough. But I can say that adding these mirror extenders to the Long Stem Tapered mirrors has provided a better view than I ever imagined possible from the Street. Highly recommended.

Bought these for my 2015 Sportster Iron 883 with H-D brand Mini Ape handlebars. Tried with mirrors on top and inverted but still couldn’t see much. These things fixed that, albeit sloppily. They don’t fit uniformly on both side, so my right mirror hangs out to the side farther and my left mirror sticks out up front farther. Don’t like that, but again, I can see behind me with ease now so I can’t complain too much. No issues with quality other than fit.

Se siente de buena calidad y aunque se le tiene que hacer un pequeño arreglo al del lado izquierdo para que quede bien, funciona excelente.

These extenders were to move the mirrors on my 2017 Harley XG750 Street as I was tired of looking at my elbows all the time. It was a simple and straightforward install, the only thing to do is take the 2 longer bolts that come in the package that mount the extenders to the handlebars and toss them into your spare nuts and bolts bin and pick up a couple new ones that are an industrial grade.I used the originals first and when I tried to tighten them enough that the mirrors wouldn’t easily push loose I snapped one right off. So after a trip to Fastenall, and I had 2 replacements at a total of $2. with tax.Went home and installed the mirrors – no more elbow views, I can see everything behind me easily and they haven’t come loose or moved at all.A bit on the pricey side, especially when you have to replace the 2 bolts which look nice, but just don’t cut it to keep the mirrors in place, but definitely worth it to see what’s behind you on the road.

I am giving this 2 stars because there is no directions in the packaging, just a note stating to email customer service and they will reply within 24 hours. One week later no reply. Quality on the item is good but very generic and may need modification to work. These were recommended for my Sportster 48 after I swapped out the 2 gallon tank to a 4.5 gallon tank but wanted to keep the mirrors below the bars without hitting the tank. I tried about a dozen different orientations with these and none worked. (That was why I emailed to see if they had a suggestion)I ended up purchasing the black stem extenders from this same company and between the 2 of them I was able to achieve what I wanted.

Worked great. Just needed some additional washers on the left mirror side to raise the bracket up slightly to clear the 2022 Iron 883 stock handlebar setup. Raised the mirrors, so that the stock HD mirrors now can look at something other than my forearms and elbow.Very much worth it.

These are sturdy and solved my problem of seeing my elbows in the mirrors instead of what is going on behind me. There are no instructions, but I found another reviewer ‘s post, which show the correct orientation for the Harley-Davidson Street 500 and 750 models. I contacted customer service because I thought one of the bolts was bent. They were very responsive and sent out replacement bolts poste haste. Based on my experience, I would recommend.

I could not fit these to my M8 softail. It does not fit the clutch lever.Besides that, the paint is not durable at all. I understand paint is not typically durable, but this stuff is less durable than that. The nut they supply is also hideous. It’s a pointed nut that sticks out like a sore-thumb. The entire design sticks out too much and is an eye-sore. Look for a better option.

Facile d’installation, tout les pièces nécessaires y sont. J’aime le look et la vision des miroirs vers le bas.
