We accomplish this by employing a unique diode inside the fuse. Our fuses comply with OEM factory and standards for US, Japan, Taiwan.

PA66 – the high-quality, heat-resistant plastic used in the CARAX Glow Fuses flawlessly handles at maximum load (close to nominal amperage) for a long period of time. There is no danger that a blown a fuse will damage a fuse holder because the high-quality, heat-resistant plastic provides maximum protection. It does not melt. It will not ruin the fuse board. The zinc alloy terminals provide additional corrosion resistance, increase the service life, and increase conductivity.

The fuse size is compliant with the OEM standard, SAE J-series, and all retained standards. Our fuses do not have a bulb on the top. Instead, our fuses are equipped with a bright, patented bi-directional diode inside the fuse itself. All fuse sizes are fully per the industry standard. You can rest assured that you have the correct fuse size for your car. The innovative fuse will easily install in the fuse slot, and the cover of the fuse box will normally close. Color-coding is also per industry standards.

Product arrived quickly. I thought these were regular size fuses but they are mini size. Not what I needed so I can’t say how they functioned.

I purchased 160 of these to swap out all my fuses in my Porsche Panamera to these glow fuses. It’s a great one-time investment that makes it so much easier and faster to check my fuses now. No more checking fuses one-by-one with a multimeter. Now all I have to do is open the fuse panel and see if there is a fuse glowing. If you dont see a fuse glowing, that means there is no blown fuse and you’re done. If one is glowing swap it out and your done. Takes about 30 seconds to check all my fuses now versus 20 minutes because my car has almost 80 fuses and 3 fuse panels. I think they’re a little on the expensive side but it’s not too bad. They save me a lot of time and my time has value therefore, they’ll pay for themselves just by saving me time because I could be somewhere making money instead of sitting there checking fuses especially when you get to the last one just to find out none were blown and you’ve waisted your time. I haven’t had these long enough to know it they are reliable. If I find that they are not, I will revise my review. But right now I am totally satisfied with the purchase of this product.

I have used these on all my older trucks so i dont have to waste time pulling up the fuse box diagram to diagnose. I have these in mini, standard, and maxi configurations.

The first time I ever saw these was when I was helping a friend work on his boat. I opened up a panel and saw the red LED on the fuse. At that point we didn’t even know there was a blown fuse for something, and would have put the panel back on until we had to start troubleshooting whatever that fuse protected. Seeing it glow red, I just replaced the fuse and all was well. I have since converted my boat to all glow fuses to quickly and easily see when and where a fuse is blown.
