I bought this for my new 2023 Traverse and the tray fits just right. It’s not as heavy as the original one, but there is no need for a heavy weight as it sits in place just fine. I love that the back gap is closed now with useful storage. The rubber pads keep things from rattling. The compartments are so much more handy to keep things in place better. It is very easy to lift up to get to the things at the bottom. The light is easily viewable also just as they claim. It works well with the Vehicle OCD – Center Console Organizer dividers that go in the bottom portion also sold by Amazon. I am very pleased with this product and it’s definitely worth the cost.

First thing I noticed is that the Item is not flimsy and inserts are nicely done. I like the look and it’s nice that it takes up the whole area and is as deep as stock. The second thing I noticed was that all the upper edges of all four sides are a bit concave, bow inward and are pulled away from the tray. This makes for a slightly loose fit that can be jiggled around until the console lid is closed. I’ll try to soften the sides with a heat gun and pull ’em out a bit to try and tighten the fit. Or maybe put some foam tape around the outside of the top edges.

Perfect fit and finish. It’s THE missing piece to make the Traverse’s cavernous middle console more usable. The coin slots could have been more carefully thought out, but it’s a minor complaint.
