Installed on a 2011 LML I watched a lot of videos and read reviews about this product or ones similar to it. I took a chance and got it. People stated that it lost prime and you had to pump it up again to start it or it leaks or they got one with poor quality control. I did not have any of these problems. Easy to install I dropped down my fender liner for more room. I used diesel on my o rings all three of them and put some on the CAT filter gasket too. Was a small leak I didn’t have the sinister adapter tight all the way my fault so I used my big oil filter pliers to get more turns out of it and re primed and tested for leaks again all was good after that and I put 200 miles on it as a good test drive still no leaks still starts up every time even with remote start. Did use a PPE bleeder screw just to have everything new.

Perfect fit for my 2007.5 LMM GMC Sierra. Took me about 15 min to install. Easy to follow instructions and the you tube video by Sinister matched the instructions. No leaks. The adapter is very nice.

Works good for the extra filtration its worth the money only takes about 20 minutes to install on the LLYOnly issue i had was the oring was a little on the hard side and had to go more then hand tight on both the housing and filter which typically i never go more then as tight as i can with my hand but no more leaks and it works good
