Unit set up/install was painless and able to complete in minutes. Installed in a Bell Moto-9 (MX helmet) with no issues. No annoying wires to fuss with. Comes with doubles sided tape to easily secure the unit to the inside of the helmet. Single button function to simplify everything and keep the rider safe.

I wanted a speaker system for my motorcycle helmet. I quickly realized these speakers were not going to work. They are just too quiet for a motorcycle. I then tried them on a snowboard helmet. Tinny sound and the one button control sounded nice, but useless. Also, on its loudest, still to quiet even in my snowboard helmet. Absolutely horrible, good idea though. DO NOT BUY!

I bought this item from another supplier but it works very well. I wanted a headset for use during skiing so I did not have to pull my phone out for use and which allowed me to hear incoming phone calls very well and allowed callers to hear me very well when I was speaking. This item is excellent on both features. I connected my headset to my android pixel xl phone and after first pairing it always reconnected seamlessly when I turned it on each morning. Using the mike is like using siri or googles assistant, that is, you press the button on the mike, then ask your phone any request you normally would. One tip, research process for how to keep your phone unlocked when you are connected to the headset, otherwise the connection will not work after your phone locks until you pull your phone out and unlock it, which sort of defeats the purpose. At $70 I think this is an exceptional value.

Honestly 1 star is generous. I could barely hear it sitting still with my volume all the way up. For the first 1-2 minutes of being connected the audio was choppy and would cut in and out. There was zero noise cancellation over 10 mph. Within the first day of having it it was packaged back up for return. Do not waste your money.

Good looking product but lots of issues trying to connect with my phone and when it does it’s only communication not audio then I have to keep trying to connect over and over and over again. Then when music finally connects its real choppy so I have to redo everything over, also when a phone call comes in its very choppy plus volume is not all there….definitely buying something else

I recently purchased the Twiin HF 2.0, hoping for a reliable and high-quality product. However, my experience with this headset has been nothing short of disappointing.Firstly, the durability of the Twiin HF 2.0 is highly questionable. After using it for less than a month, I encountered significant issues with the auricular getting hot and inflated. This not only affects the comfort of wearing the headset but also raises concerns about safety and longevity. Such issues within such a short timeframe are unacceptable for a product in this price range.Adding to the frustration is the lack of effective customer support from Twiin. The only solution provided was to bring the headset to a specific location, which requires extensive searching for a nearby service center. This lack of accessibility and assistance leaves customers feeling stranded and unsupported when encountering problems with the product.Overall, my experience with the Twiin HF 2.0 has been extremely disappointing. The combination of poor durability and unsatisfactory customer support makes it difficult to recommend this product to others. As a consumer, I expected better quality and service from Twiin.
