Item that arrived is not exactly as pictured. What I received has a different knob and does not have the push for auto and pull for manual. You just crank the crank for manual turning the motor with it. It works fine, just not the same as the picture.

I contacted the manufacturer and they advised me to purchase the unit here on amazon as it was cheaper. This was the replacement unit for the OEM Fantastic Fan motor. It was a different (updated) design that replaced the original. It works like the OEM motor and is an exact replacement.

Works good and replaces an existing one from 2008. Wish they would make the screw holes stronger as that was what breaks after years of use. I’m glad I can still get these.

Had to physically modify the item but really the only replacement available anywhere. These motor housings no longer fit the 2010 Aliner camper we have. Best available option.

Picture shows wire color reversed as soldered to motor. When wires are connected red-blue and white to red, the motor (7 RPM’s) closes the vent lid so tight that you cannot open manually. You can only move it to manual when the vent lid is in the open position. Wish it came with 17 rpm motor.

I installed this Atwood autotrol motor with cap off. After a short duration of time the plastic cover securingAUTOTROL MOTOR CRACKRED!!! Hardly used it!!! Disappointed.Hopefully this company would send me an other cover!!! Please investigate this matter for me!!!Thanks William Hayman

Easy installation, unfortunately I only needed the connecting piece between the motor drive and the cover however Fantastic fan now owned by Dometic no longer offers the sale of this small connector, with the sole purpose of selling an entire unit!

It’s been a while since I replaced this vent motor (2-3 months) and from the start, this motor functioned properly and has ever since. I also didn’t have any issues with the coupling shaft being to short – it fit the shaft in the fan bezel/shroud just like the original motor. If I ever need another motor of this type I’ll know what and where to buy.

I returned the product on 03/05/2022 because it only worked manually, it did not hook onto the motor. I have been informed of the refund, but as of 01/07/22 I have not received anything yet
